Fully furnished accommodation with premium amenities inside and out, to suit all types of  apartment rental.   Our Fortitude Valley Apartments are ideal for the overnight guest, short term accommodation in Brisbane or a holiday for a few weeks.   Being part of the Brisbane CBD apartments market, we also offer long term accommodation through tenancy agreements.

FV4006 Apartments offers  an array of facilities and amenities to enjoy. Cool off in the outdoor swimming pool or work up a sweat in the fully-equipped gym. Tenants and guests can also utilise the onsite NBN internet for three days free of charge (it is then $5 per day thereafter, or $8 per week).

CARPARKING

We offer onsite garaged and undercover carparking for as many cars as you like.   For overnight guests it is $35 per 24 hour day per car.  For tenants, the carpark is included in the lease agreement. Please click here to know more about our Car Parking Space Rental.

The Carpark entry is via the entrance marked with a P at 2 Berwick Street, Fortitude Valley 4006. To get to our Fv4006 Apartments Carpark, the driver must enter the SECURE carpark boom gage and then turn left for B1 carpark or go down the ramp to get to B2 carpark.

It is best to park in the passenger drop off zone opposite our front steps and get directions from Reception office staff.  Alternatively, enter the SECURE carpark and take a ticket.  Give the ticket to the Reception office staff.

NBN

All FV4006 Apartments are fitted with unlimited NBN.  It is free for 3 days for overnight guests and then charged at $5 per day.

POOL

Our FV4006 Apartments is a U shaped building with a 25 metre outdoor lap pool in the central atrium. The pool is open from 7am to 8pm daily and other hours by appointment. Children can play in the pool whilst Mum and Dad relax on the sundeck lounges.

If you prefer a 50 metre pool, The Valley Pool is renowned for its facilities and  is open everyday.  It is only 800 metres away, so warm up with a 12 minute walk, drive for 3 minutes or catch the many buses that go past.

It is an outdoor supervised heated pool with lessons & water polo games, coffee available, a pro shop and a gym.

GYM

Our Airconditioned Gym and fitness room  is always open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  It has floor to ceiling mirrored wall, is fitted out with the following equipment:

LAUNDRY

Each Apartment has their own fully equipped laundry inside the apartment.  Included in the laundry:

  • Laundry washing fluid

KITCHEN

Each Apartment has their own fully equipped kitchen inside the apartment. Included in the kitchen:

  • A full sized oven
  • A full sized cooktop and hood
  • A full sized fridge including a freezer
  • Microwave and Electric Jug
  • Dishwasher
  • All cooking pots and pans.
  • All crockery and cutlery
  • Pantry cupboard and cupboards GALORE!
  • Ironing board and iron

LIFT

Overnight and long term apartment rentals are accessed via a lift.

DISABILITY ACCESS

FV4006 Apartments has disability access and carparking.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage is available for $15 a day or part thereof.

Apartment Policies

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am or 11:00 am if you made your booking on this website

  • Guests arriving after 6 pm must contact reception at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • No pets allowed without prior application, service animals are welcome on arrival.
  • No smoking anywhere within the apartments or facility. A $295 surcharge in additional to the damages levy of $295 applies for anyone smoking within the apartments and on the balconies.
  • No parties. FV4006 is located within walking distance of over fifty bars and restaurants. So, a No Party policy has been implemented for the comfort of all our guests and residents.
  • A loss/damages levy of $295 via pre-approval on a credit card or cash is required.
  • Extra bed is $59 per stay or per 7 day stay.
