FV4006 Apartments is a small family-owned and operated apartment rental business run by two sisters, Deb and Donna who are both fully qualified and licensed real estate agents.  Donna lives on site so that 24/7 assistance can be provided to our residents.

Chosen by the original builder the FV in our name is the initials of our suburb, Fortitude Valley and the 4006 is the Fortitude Valley postcode.   So, FV4006 with the start of its name, is truly all about Fortitude Valley Apartments.

Our family purchased the accommodation business in mid 2019 and have been working tirelessly since then to improve the on-site experience for our guests and tenants.   We thoroughly enjoy our long-term tenants, short-term guests, and overnight guests.   We like to think we can meet anyone’s accommodation needs, providing we have vacancies of course.   We have a significant number of guests who come back again and again, booking on www.FV4006Apartments.com.au to get a good deal.  We enjoy finding out what they have been doing since the last time they visited.

BRISBANE INNER CITY RENTALS

Demand for our property management services resulted in us expanding the business in 2021 to include Brisbane Inner City Rentals www.brisbaneinnercityrentals.com.au  and so we now manage a number of apartments off-site.

FV4006 Apartments Real Estate Agency is ideally located on site providing property management from 7.30am to 7.30pm, 7 days a week at the FV4006 Apartments Reception. Guests, tenants and visitors love the ease with which they can do business with us, in person, 7 days a week.

Our number one focus is to give good old fashioned customer service and to work with our tenants and guests to make our community an enjoyable place to live.  Everyone is welcome. When not looking after our guests, tenants, or building, we are continually improving and beautifying our facilities.

We are ideally located in the centre of Brisbane’s thriving Fortitude Valley where everything from bustling business centres, exceptional dining choices, entertainment establishments, and trendy shopping malls are easily accessible with walking distance or to go further afar the train station is 2 blocks away.
